Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Holiday returns
Gifts bought between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 31, so whoever receives them has time to decide.
What can be returned
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items (such as eye masks and massagers) can only be returned if they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Once we've reviewed it, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
How to start a return
Email support@niftyandcoshop.com with your order number. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back, because returns go to our fulfillment partner rather than to us.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. Once your return is received and checked, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
